Mental Health Activity Book
The Corner Health Center's Mind over Matter activity book is a mental health activity workbook intended for ages 12-25. This workbook includes evidence-based activities to help young people improve their mental health. The book is divided into 3 sections: thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Each activity uses a different technique or tool to encourage young people to take care of their mental health.
