There’s a stigma associated with mental health, especially among youth 12 to 25 and their families. Our mental health program–made possible by the generosity of the Ford Fund–covers a variety of topics related to mental health.
The goal? To empower youth and young adults to be proactive about their mental health. In our programs, they’re encouraged to speak up and be heard. Therapy–an important dimension for good mental health–is recommended to our youth when appropriate.
