    Q. So I had a quick question regarding plan B . My last period was on Feb. 22 and I had unprotected sex while ovulating and he ejaculated in me on Friday and Saturday. There was a 24-hour period during our two sexual intercourse encounters, I took plan b on Saturday after we were done . Are there any chances of pregnancy?

    A. Plan B is about 95% effective if taken within 3 days of unprotected sex. That means there is still a small chance of pregnancy. If you miss your period you should take a pregnancy test . You can come to Corner Health Center for a test and to discuss the type of birth control that is right for you.
