SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training) Recovery is designed for individuals who abstain or are considering abstaining from addictive behaviors (substances or activities). Learn how to change self-defeating thinking, emotions, and actions, and work towards long-term satisfaction and an improved quality of life.
