About the Corner

We offer a full range of health care, mental health, and supportive services for young people as they transition to adulthood. Our team—physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, a psychiatrist, social workers, nutritionist, and health educators—is well versed in the unique and specific needs of young people and their children.

The Corner is a primary care office and can provide acute clinic-like services. We are not a free clinic, but we provide quality care regardless of our clients’ insurance status or ability to pay.
