Q. I need my paperwork showing I have PTSD so I can donate at bio-life. Could you help me get my paperwork?

A. If you are currently a Corner patient and need this information, please call the front desk 734-484-3600 and ask to speak with a nurse. If you are not a Corner patient, you can call to schedule an establish care appointment!
