Q. I am moving to Ypsilanti in August and turning 26. I have been a patient at another health center in a different state and have been on MTF HRT for a little over a year now. I have been using a sliding scale program as access to insurance has been a difficult thing for me. I am getting a three-month refill before the move is made, and I am unsure where to go to secure access to my meds after I move. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
