Q. I was curious about how long your wait time is for HRT? I’m female-to-male and have been referred to a place, but it will be a while for them to get me in. Do you take Medicaid insurance?

A. The first step for HRT is to schedule an “establish care” appointment.  After that appointment you would schedule an appointment to return to discuss HRT. Currently, it is approx. 6-8 weeks to see the healthcare provider to discuss HRT. If you are under 18-years old our scheduling will differ. And yes, we do take Medicaid.
