Q. I had gonorrhea last week and been on treatment with antibiotic for 3 days now. The doctor said that I should take it for 2 weeks and come back. So, my question is if I can masturbate, and does it hinder the treatment? I do not have any pain and yellow discharges anymore. They only told me that I should not have sex with anybody for 7 days after the finished treatment, but they didn’t say anything about masturbation.

A. It is not a problem if you masturbate during treatment for gonorrhea.
