Q. Are 14 year olds allowed to begin HRT (with parental consent) at the Corner?

A. Our gender-affirming care is available for 14-year-olds. Our patients first work with our therapists and then see our adolescent health specialist who develops a plan that may or may not include beginning hormones. So in other words, 14-year-olds may not necessarily get HRT.
