Anderson is a visionary leader and seasoned nonprofit professional with over a decade of experience in public administration, program development, and community engagement. As the Director of Programs at Corner Health Center, she has established herself as a transformative leader, overseeing a diverse portfolio of programs that address critical needs among underserved adolescents and young adults. Her work spans multiple sectors and is grounded in evidence-based practice and driven by community voice and measurable outcomes.
Ashley excels in strategic planning, program evaluation, and operational oversight, ensuring that CHC’s initiatives align with its mission and meet the highest standards of quality
and efficiency. As a member of the executive leadership team, she helps develop and maintain strategic partnerships that amplify the organization’s impact, while fostering an inclusive culture that empowers staff and program participants alike. Her leadership in grant-funded initiatives has ensured the sustainability and growth of key projects, while her co-chair role with the Equity Committee has shaped organizational policies to foster equity and improve outcomes across all youth programs.
Ashley holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and is an alumnus of the prestigious Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs. Her expertise includes nonprofit management, strategic leadership, public speaking, and community organizing. She has a proven track record of creating and scaling programs that serve thousands, organizing large-scale events, and mentoring teams to achieve excellence. She is a trusted problem-solver and a bridge builder, known for her ability to cultivate relationships across sectors and drive innovative solutions to complex challenges.
