Christina Duong, LLMSW
Therapist
A therapist who shows up with curiosity, cultural humility, and deep care, Christina received her Master of Social Work from NYU and works alongside young people navigating life’s toughest moments—including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, family and relationship challenges, grief, and big life transitions. Christina has experience supporting individuals with ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, dissociation, substance use, self-esteem struggles, suicidal thoughts, and more. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and holds space for intersectional identity, immigrant experiences, and the unique pressure of being a first-generation American.
"If you've ever been told you’re too much, not enough, or felt like you had to shrink yourself to meet others’ expectations—you’re not alone." Christina believes therapy looks different for everyone. She’s here to help her clients make sense of what they’re carrying, reconnect with their inner voice, and discover new ways to care for themselves. Whether it’s their first time in therapy or returning to the process, Christina moves at the client's pace and honors where they are.
When she’s not in session, Christina enjoys watching animated movies, biking around town, hiking, traveling, going to music festivals, cheering for her college football team (Go Dawgs!), and playing Animal Crossing on her Nintendo Switch.
